Easy Tile Centre Ltd

No problem with the sale of my tiles but the guy they recommended did such a bad job and it wasn't noticeable that the tiles were uneven until after he grouted and I moved the table and chairs back. As well, not enough grout and there is a groove in between the tiles that catches all of the dirt. Now I have to get down on my hands and knees to clean the floor. Very upsetting after I had spent so much on a new kitchen. He spent over a week here, never shut up and was obviously still drunk one morning from the night before. Left after 2 hours that day. Still seething every time I have to move a chair or the table and they catch and get stuck on the tiles

Very Rude on the phone. I was just calling in for a quote and he yelled at me for disturbing him. Can't believe it. 1 Star is for answering my call atleast, i understand you're busy but be open for business opportunities cause you never know it will lead to something good. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
