Excellent gym, from the coaches to the community I've never been so welcomed into a space and encouraged by my peers. Truly a one of a kind place

Best workout and awesome coaches and community

I tried to attend the women's defense class twice. The first time it was cancelled 30 mins before the class, then the second time I arrived 10 mins early, as recommended, and 10 mins after the class was supposed to start the class was told the instructor was out of town. The staff was a bit rude and not very apologetic.

Such a great environment

Coaches are extremely good & friendly. Great place to learn boxing. Also other staff are very friendly too. I highly recommend this place.
