5/5 — Absolutely Incredible Place, Highly Recommend to Everyone!nI genuinely don’t even know where to begin with how amazing this place is — and trust me, I’ve been to a lot of places. But this one? This one is on a completely different level. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can just feel that something special is happening here. The atmosphere is welcoming, the energy is positive, and everything is organized in a way that just makes sense. It’s one of those rare places where you walk in for one thing and end up spending way more time than you planned — not because it’s confusing or overwhelming, but because there is genuinely SO much to see and explore.nLet’s talk about the stores, because wow — the sheer variety and number of stores here is honestly mind-blowing. Whether you’re shopping for clothes, electronics, food, gifts, accessories, home goods, or just browsing for fun, there is something here for absolutely everyone. I came with my family and each one of us went in completely different directions and still had the best time. My little sibling found a toy store and didn’t want to leave. I personally could have spent hours in the tech and gadget shops alone. There are big well-known stores that you already love, AND smaller unique shops you’ve never heard of that end up being your new favourites. That mix is really hard to find anywhere else, and it makes every single visit feel fresh and exciting.nThe layout of this place deserves a special mention too. Everything is logically organized so you never feel lost or frustrated. The signage is clear, the walkways are spacious, and there’s always somewhere to sit and take a break if you need it. Speaking of which — the seating areas are comfortable and plentiful, which is such an underrated thing. When you’re spending a long time here and you will be, it’s so nice to be able to rest your feet for a bit before continuing your adventure.nThe cleanliness of this place is absolutely top tier. Everywhere you look — the floors, the washrooms, the food areas — everything is spotless and well-maintained. You can tell that the staff here actually take pride in keeping things in great condition. And the staff themselves? Outstanding. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. They weren’t pushy or dismissive — they were just genuinely great at their jobs. That kind of customer service is becoming rarer and rarer these days, so it really stands out when you find it.nThe food options here are also incredible. There’s a huge range of places to eat, from quick bites to proper sit-down meals. Every cuisine you can think of seems to be represented. The food court alone is a destination in itself — it’s massive, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair. We ended up eating here twice in one visit because we couldn’t decide between two places the first time and just came back later to try the other one. Zero regrets.nParking is easy, access is convenient, and the whole experience from start to finish is just smooth and stress-free. There’s also great accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs, which is really important and not something every place gets right.nI honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say. This place is a 10 out of 10, and I would give it 6 stars if I could. Whether you’re coming alone, with friends, or with your whole family, you will have an amazing time. I’ve already been back multiple times and I will absolutely keep coming back. Do yourself a favour and go. You will NOT regret it.
I had a good experience today with Stephanie at Telus helping me with Norton App, because I lost info on it.n. She was very patient, and very kind with a great personality, and so knowledgeable and easy to talk with.nI am grateful for her help and, Michelle and does often help me when i am in the mall taking off apps I dont need on phone to prevent viruses, which i have caused, because I am not very knowledgeable in these area's, and it causing me a lot of stress
Honestly an average mall.nNot too many “bigger” or “known” stores, but enough to make the trip worth it. First mall i’ve seen in the area to have a Dollarama which is a plus.nnThe food court is a decent size, not too big but also not too small. A decent amount of food places that are well known and i’ve never had a bad experience with the food there.nnThis mall is good to go to if you have little kids as there’s the toy cars you can rent, Cotten Candy machines, Claw machine, and a few other things oriented towards young children but it’s also a small sized mall so it’s not a lot of walking.nnThe down side is definitely there only being one bathroom. it’s a little inconvenient but it’s not that bad of a walk to reach it even if you’re across the mall due to the smaller size.nnI’ve also never seen this place super dirty honestly, it’s kept clean although i haven’t been in a minute and never been in the washrooms.
Eastgate Square in Hamilton is hands-down the best local mall experience! Clean, bright, and perfectly laid out—everything from major anchors like Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart to hidden gems like the Dollarama and Bulk Barn. The food court is a winner: New York Fries, Thai Express, and Bourbon St. Grill never disappoint, and the seating is always spotless.nParking is a breeze free and plentiful!, and the LCBO + Beer Store combo right in the lot is genius. Staff across stores are friendly—shoutout to the team at LensCrafters for the quick glasses fix! Family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and open late on weekends. Eastgate isn’t flashy, but it’s reliable, convenient, and exactly what a community mall should be. My go-to for errands and quick bites.
Loved going to browse the book store or the music stores but they are no longer there and the security around the jewelery stores is so high it feels awkward window shopping there.
