Slow service although they weren't super busy.  People waiting for upwards of 20 minutes at the door even though there are several empty tables beside me.  

Food is coming slow but tastes at it should for an East Sides.  Personally not in a hurry tonight so I'm okay with the wait but if travelling with kids, I'm sure I'd be ready to leave by now (my main hasn't arrived).  

Atmosphere is pretty good though, lots of people inside but still quiet enough to talk and think without too much distraction.  

Would be a much better score with a little more speed (I ordered a pasta).  You'll have to settle for a pic of half a loaf of bread since that and a small salad are all I've managed to have served in approximately 30 minutes :)

Let's start with the spaghetti & meatballs. the pasta it self was cooked probably, however the sauce just did not taste right, I could not finish the small bowl I had. The meatballs themselves were so over processed there was no texture left (comparable to dog food, however my dog actually didn't want it either).
the "garlic" homeloaf had no flavor of garlic whatsoever and was doughy.  the garden salad was pretty much just lettuce that tasted stale with three tomatoes and three onions (this was a family size salad). The pizza was probably the only thing that was decent, how everything they managed to screw that up (caramelized onions were crunchy and red, if you know anything about cooking you know that red onion taste bad if they are cooked). In conclusion I only hope that someone doesn't make the same mistake I did, I went there hoping for a belly full of deliciousness but left with only disappointment.

Best experience yet at east sides! Our server was great and had a great sense of humour.  The buy one tale one home was also a great surprise.

Food was great! The manager came around to check if everything was good,which I like, and it was. Would visit again!

Server was ok but linguini Alfredo was so bad I sent it back water down sauce or something not sure what didn't have like 4 other dishes we tried to order not happy at all
