If we could give 6 stars we would. Service was great, food was hot. Good sized servings, and awesome quality/taste. You give your cell number, and they text you when a table is ready. Now we understand why the parking lot is always full!Food: 5/5
I tried East Side Mario's a few times over the last few month and it's been a great experience every single time. Food was always great and the drinks too. This time we tried the sea food linguini and the chicken sammy and they didn't disappoint. The seafood linguini is usually done with white sauce but they do it with tomato sauce and i liked it better this way. Great food at reasonable prices, try them out! The grilled chicken was undercooked, and some of the dishes were too salty. Also, the chicken wings were too much oily. Service and atmosphere were comparatively good.Food: 3/5
I wanted to trying east side Mario’s once since their parking lot was always full during weekends . We did on my birthday and I found the reasons. Food was good and the drinks too Ambience was great Staffs were great Not too pricey Overall I will definitely recommend this place
Decides to try this place had not been to an East Side Marios in a long time , what a surprise when we got there . We entered and was not greeted by the hostess for about 4 minutes even though she was standing right in front of us at the desk the whole time chatting either a co-worker , after 2 minutes she at least told use she will be with us shortly . She wasn't doing anything just standing there and she was not pleasant at all. When we were finally were seated our server was very pleasant and friendly she would have been a way better Hostess, she even smiled food was ok traditional East Side taste, food was consisted with what I remember when I was last at a East sides. Budda Boomers were a good appetizer, and desserts were good, server cleared table of dirty dishes which we were grateful for as each serving was brought out, Tables were small so that helped as I noticed other customers had lots of plates on thier tables and thier severs didnt offer to take away used plates till after they left, our server checked on us several times. I gave the server a nice tip just hope none of it went to the Hostess. As I said food was good and server was great , Hostess just started our experience off in a negative light which was unfortunate
Good food but bad services, not welcoming staff and not friendly. They throw to you things on the table, had to ask for utensils, cthey are only about taking plates out and leave you with all garbage in front of you. They don't give you time aven though the time we came were not busy time

My server Nicole was fantastic! She was friendly and efficient. She even entertained all my picky requests, through all this, she remained smiling and professional. I know I'm alot to handle in a restaurant, kudos to her! Solid 10 for service, and the food was also amazing!
Went to your shop for my birthday yesterday. Ordered lunch. Three people at table get their meals. I had to wait 5 more minutes to get my meal. The chicken sandwich. Never saw another waitress until they were clearing the table. Told her the food was not good. No dressing on the salad and the sandwich was processed chicken with tasteless tomato and couldn't even taste the bacon that was supposed to be on it. She asked why I didn't complain. I advised her that nobody came to the table. She basically called me a liar and claimed she had been back twice. I asked around the table and nobody remembered her coming back. Was completely disappointed with the service and insulted by her flat out lie about the service. She gave me a coupon for a free desert if I come back. Any other place in town would have given me a free dessert because of it being my birthday, but that was not offered. Needless to say, I am considering posting this on social media due to the lack of service by that waitress. I wasted a $50.00 gift card from my son and she spoiled my birthday treat by being so rude.
First time there in quite a while. I had the salad and my husband had the soup.I ordered the build your own pasta and husband had the chicken parm. Both of our dishes were very good and large portions. We will be back.Food: 4/5
