great! reasonable price with huge portion! service is great too. They open til late which is amazing when I'm craving for late night food. Tasty food! I always eat in and take out what's left because eating in has more portion. :

My first time ordering and was very pleasantly surprised!! The food portions were large, fresh, hot and most importantly, delicious!!! I will be ordering from here next time for sure!

Staff is super friendly and the food is always good. Dishes come out piping hot and fresh. Plated nicely l and lots of food for the price.

My favorite hot and sour soup in Winnipeg. Honestly, I have never had a bad dish from East Ocean Restaurant in 20 plus years.

Good place to go for when you're craving some Chinese food.

Excellent food, excellent value. Location was a little bit shady and we didn't get a fortune cookie. Plus they don't have egg rolls.. huh? Anyway we had a nice dinner.
