East Market Noodle House

My favourite place to grab lunch in Lloyd. Lemongrass chicken is amazing. Staff is friendly and my takeout order is always fast and delicious with a great portion of food. Best Vietnamese food in town hands down!

Beautiful modern interior in the Lloydminster downtown. Food was fresh and tasty but maybe a little pricey for the amount of protein on the plate. Limeade was very tasty. Tea menu is extensive. Lots of bubble tea flavours if you're into that.

Very disappointing. Beware if you're ordering takeout. We ordered takeout from this restaurant - two large orders of deluxe beef pho and bubble tea. The portions were VERY small even though we paid extra for the 'large'. They charged us extra for everything. For the pho we paid $15.50 each order. There was only a small handful of noodles and meat with the fresh sprouts taking up about 1/3 of the room in the takeout box - which was not even filled full. My wife and I were both left pretty hungry. Further, the order did not even come with a bowl - we had to ask our hotel for a bowl - and I had to remind them to put chopsticks, spoon and napkins in at pickup. The flavour of the food was average. We have been to a lot of different Vietnamese places. I would rate the flavour 5/10. Just overall they charged a lot for really small takeout portions and mediocre flavour.

Our family of 5 plus 1 guest went for a 1pm lunch. I found the menu small with few options. 5 appies, 6 pho soups, 6 vermicelli options and a couple more specials. Our food was quick to come out but nothing special. Our bill was $120 for 6. I notice they include a 10% tip in the bill for us which worked out to $10 OR so. The restaurant is clean and very nice but I like the menu and price at the new Saigon much better.

Good food. Vietnamese only, so don't go there if you are looking for anything else
