Do not frequent this establishment, even if it means you have to drive to the next city for services. EXTREMELY rude owners who go straight to nasty before you can even get fully out of the car. They need to go out of business.
Absolutely Rude Owners. Don't go here! I will never deal with them again. They need a dose of humility on how to treat people!!!!

First time I came I walked in and the owner immediately came to me and ushered me to the washers. I noticed anyone new who walked in he questioned what they needed to do and told them where to go. I sat in my car because I was a bit uncomfortable. I read some of the reviews on the place and quickly noticed people wrote about what I experienced. Today I needed to just dry. Had my kids in tow also. We went straight to the dryers as that's all I needed to do and he quickly cane up and asked me "dry"? The sign for the time limit for each quarter was now gone. I assumed it was still about 7 min per. I put 50 cents in each dryer. Used a total of 3 and not many people were in there. My children and I went back out to my car. I was just about to go in to check the dryer when i heard a tapping on my passenger side window. It was the owner telling me my clothes were done. I felt it was very rude. This place gave me the feeling the owner doesnt want you in there.
Awesome. I didn't realize they closed at 5 and my clothes needed dried still. The owner stayed an extra half hour so I could have clean dried clothes. Absolutely did not have to do that. I was very grateful and that's too notch customer service if I ever saw it. Great place and the machinery works really fast. All in all it took about an hour from washing to drying. Definetly recommend. They also stay there so you don't have to worry about anyone taking your things. Awesome awesome awesome!!!

I come to this laundry mat when I need bedding washed, or for this instance my dryers not working.. he rushed me to get my clothes in the dryer, started 1 of my 2 dryers before I even had all the quarters in my last one I like to start them at the same time he said 40 mins I said okay. Went across the street to giant eagle and Burger King.. I come back realize I forgot my hampers, as I was walking back to my car he ran out the door yelling “your clothes your clothes” I said I know I need my baskets. I go in the door and he said your clothes right there. He had them in the laundry carts out in the open waiting for me to grab them. I was there exactly in 40 mins. I didn’t care for the feeling of being rushed.
Place was awful. Dirty, half machines don’t work, there is a smell in the bldg that just doesn’t smell good and the attendant was rude. Wanted you to use specific machines. Not a fan - won’t go back
I WONT EVER GO HERE AGAIN ITS A RIP-OFF. Everytime I come here my clothes never dry no matter how much money I put in the dryer. The mean Asian man blamed the fact his dryers are not drying property on me and my clothes. How ignorant is that? #RIPOFF
