Steve is the best. This is our third year with Steve and Chem Dry and we could not be happier with the quality of service provided. Our carpets always look brand new when he's finished and it is well worth the reasonable price charged. Thanks for another great experience Steve. See you next year.

Carol's Chem dry is the most amazing carpet cleaning company! Many other residents n my upscale neighborhood use them now! No soaking wet carpets! I have NEVER ad them come back out to remove spots because they get them on the first shot! If someone says otherwise, they aren't being truthful because they guarantee their work and will return if spot returns. I will NEVER go back to a water based cleaning again. Carpets are dry in an hour or less! Usually before they even leave!

Horrible experience with these people - my daughter inadvertently called the 800 number and they sent this company instead of my regular Chem Dry people. Stains back in a matter of weeks - they came out again and didn't even clean close to where the carpet met the tile stains came back. A Couple of other things happened that I won't go into - called my regular guy and now the carpets clea.
