Banking with EICU has probably been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A couple weeks ago my card started having problems reading because its almost 2 years old, so I decided to call EICU to order a new card. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, a lady answered and I told her what was going on. She said a new card was ordered and that it would be on the way. That very night I had to run to the store to purchase a few things and I get to the checkout with my old card and it keeps telling me that my pin I'm entering is wrong. So I entered it again. Finally a message pops up and tells the cashier to have me contact my card issuer. At this point I become annoyed because I've been entering the same pin for about 2 year's now. The next morning I'm headed to work and my E light comes on and I need to get gas. So I pull in to the gas station to fill up and my card doesn't work. So now I have to wait til 9 when they open to talk to anyone. I call on my lunch break and this time I'm talking to a man. We went through so many things on my account to try and figure out what could be wrong. Come to find out the lady from the day before put a block on my old card. The man tells that when you order a new card the system automatically activates the new card and blocks the old one. Like why?? I don't even have it yet and it has to come through the mail. That doesn't even make sense. Anyway on Tuesday the 5th of September after getting a pin reminder (which usually comes before your card) I realized that it had gone to my old address I had when I lived in Idaho. This made me furious. After confirming my new address with the lady just for it to still be sent to my previous address?? So I called and the lady tells me that the address it went to wasn't even on the account. 😡 I don't know what these people get paid for all day. They never own a mistake. The time it takes to get a new card should be cut in half. I mean how am I supposed to live if I can't access my funds. Needless to say I will be closing my account. *Update- So I still haven't recieved my card and I ordered it on the 24th of August. I decided to call again today to see what is taking so long and guess what my card was returned because it still went to my old address and the lady tells me that it was just sent out today. 😡😡😡 The communication at this bank is horrible. Nobody knows anything there.

Cam here just trying to be added to an existing account. Instead of this no one with authority at this site could do it so we were forced to open a new account. They were so slow. I have a headache still thinking about this debacle.
