The folks did a fine job of both quickly responding to my "No Heat!" call and restoring my heating system to good health. Fair pricing and fast, quality service. Could not have asked for more.

We were overcharged for repairs, way more than the estimate. The system still did not work as both the heat and the air conditioning both quit working after their repairs. We had to call another company to fix our geothermal system correctly. Will never call Earth Energy again.

There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning as far as the equipment goes, but I have never worked with a more honorable and knowledgeable bunch of men. Quick to respond to any issue I have had, I LOVE the Geothermal product, and I HIGHLY recommend. A+
