Came last night and ordered a filet mignon with lobster & warm potato salad and a 9oz sirloin. Everything came out cold the first time and had to send back. And I mean everything - even the lobster. After our food was remade the “warm” potato salad was still cold but everything else was good. My partner ordered an old fashioned and it tasted off - never have sent a drink back before but then was informed that their old fashioneds are pre made? I’ve never heard of that before. Our waitress was super nice and accommodating. Brought a different drink at no additional cost. Just disappointing that the quality of Earl’s has gone down hill so much. Hated feeling like a Karen but for the price $175 bill I felt we had to speak up. Won’t be returning, having to send back nearly everything really put a damper on our evening.
We had the pleasure of being served by Devin. He provided superior hospitality and service. We had an issue with one of our entrees, it was handled expertly and professionally by Devin and Tomi. The food was awesome! I had the garden salad with sautéed prawns! Delicious!! I recommend it, I can't wait to have it again.
Went here with the Mrs for our 10-year wedding anniversary. Staff were very friendly, food was exquisite and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.nWe hadn't been here before, so were very pleasantly surprised we even got a tasty, anniversary dessert on the house.
The food was great, the service was four star, when we asked for a bill, we got it right away, which gives extra stars, we hate waiting to finally pay the bill, which I did not have to, in this case . I had clam chowder, the bowl was preheated and the chowder was hot. Just the way it should be My Wife had the roast beef sandwich special. The only thing I would add is they are stingy on gravy to pour over the french fries. Gravy was excellent tasting.
I came to Edmonton to visit one of my friends, and on one of our last nights together, we went to Earl's for dinner. I reserved a table just in case they were busy, so we were seated right away. Making reservations online is super easy and quick to do. Our waitress was welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic. I'm very glad they have multiple locations so I can return in the future. The food is high quality, with good size portions. Make sure you come hungry; the white chocolate crème brûlée is delicious!
