My Girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary. Was my first time ever eating at Chop and I must say this was probably the best meal and service I’ve ever had. We both had the Chop experience which includes your choice of salad or soup to start then a steak and sides of your choice. Everything was amazing and not once were we left waiting for drinks, our server Kaylee was very professional and proficient. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you for the great experience!!

My best restaurant experience was awesome. I walked in the door and my table was covered with balloons and Happy Birthday confetti. They offered me champagne but I didn't drink. Our server was Tristan he was extremely positive....easy to talk too and took our order in the time we needed. He said all the time...no rush and always was smiles keeping my pop glass full. When the food came my girlfriends meals was cooked and plated awesome mine was too...however it was undercooked...Tristan took it back and they remade it...however the steak was well done so I said that's okay I will eat it like it is but the Marissa (manager)convinced me to have my meal done the way I wanted it. With the whole meal I was extremely 100% stress free they made me feel so great...then my dessert was presented to me by Sam she described it thoroughly and it was the best cake I had in 8 years....the whole team gave me a Birthday card with a little gift in it. Very unexpected and so thoughtful. I enjoyed my Birthday there that I booked it for next year....the team just made my day way better then I had anticipated they gave me my first ever 100% WOW EXPERIENCE! This is going to be my new favorite place for my birthday. Thanks to my girlfriend Tristan(server) Marissa(manager on duty) Sam( kitchen team) Mary(General manager) Thanks for the way you made my birthday a great day. Dustin

I had to revise my review. I had previously given a 3 star review, but after 2 bad experiences I have to reduce it to a 1 star. Servers are totally inattentive and dismissive. Waitresses had their personal opened coffee, water and Red Bull at the bar and left their bar area a mess when they went on a break. When they went on a break, nobody was left to serve customers. Food is terrible; either over cooked, under cooked or comes out with a poor taste. Save your time and money... go elsewhere. You would think that you get quality service and food for the crazy prices that you pay here.

This was first my visit to this Chop, been to the one on the Southside. Came here for lunch; the ambience is nice, seating around the booths is spacious, as for the meal, it was alright. Nothing spectacular, I had the steak sandwich, it was cooked the way I ordered it. I only came here because I had a gift card, I don't know if I would go out my way to look this place up.
