Earl of Sandwich

I had ordered their Original 1762 sandwich and was disappointed to see that the amount of beef to bread was incredibly tiny. It feels like I'm mostly eating bread. They really skimped on the ingredients, which you can see in the attached photo left is the whole wheat version of the sandwich with practically no meat, right is their photo of the sandwich. It's depressing because I had ordered from this place expecting great things considering the rating but it's just another cost-cutting well-marketed location with ratings likely inflated by bots, friends of the owner, or something of that nature. The sandwich was cooked well at least, so that saves it from getting a 1-star. Stay clear of this place, folks! Cheers.

Great experience, needs improvement on customer service. My recent visit to Earl of Sandwich has been like every other time: the food is always tasty but the service has been slightly disappointing. Without a doubt, their artisan sandwiches have always great to try, some more than others. It's the quality of these ingredients that drive up the price but it does so for a better experience. What doesn't add to the experience is the employees at the front counter. Now some mistakes I cannot blame on them, such as the tap feature of the debit machine not working, but the way that they deliver this message has not been handled the best. Furthermore is that they will not have an option or alternative to passing out cups of water for customers who do not wish to purchase a bottle which forces them to buy a cup. There is no small cup that they can pass the customer for free like other establishments do. How they handle this issue at the front is not done well and could be improved on better or even brought up to management for further review.

Good portion and decent price. Tried the Chipotle chicken avocado. The sandwich is tasty. It's a bit spicy. Their take-out wrap and bag is quite cool. Recently grabbed a Caribbean Jerk sandwich. It's tasty! The wait time is a bit long but it's acceptable as lunch time.

These sandwiches are really tasty. The sauce and meat combinations are perfect. I remember them tasting really good in Vegas and this did not disappoint. They don't have online ordering or their eclub offers available at this store yet. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The presumably manager was also very friendly and reasonable when I tried to use an email offer that was not working on their system. I will be returning to try all the different types of sandwiches.

I love this franchise. Their sandwiches are tasty. They have something for everybody, and the prices are reasonable as well.

I love Earl of Sandwich!! I have tried to order a different flavour every visit, and it's so hard to choose a favourite but I think the top sandwiches are the Montagu and the Hawaiian BBQ which tastes like a delicious BBQ pizza. I love ordering the tomato bisque soup with my sandwiches and I can't wait to try another flavour. The service is great, employees are always helpful and friendly. My sandwiches always taste very fresh as I think they use locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

Always seen this place in the states and wanted to try it, but never got around to it. Lots of sandwiches and they are quite filling. Had the beef dip and the Cuban temporary special and both were delicious. Can't wait to try their other sandwiches soon!

Hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had and tomato soup. This is my fave place to eat in Vegas so when I saw it came to Edmonton I was so excited to try!! I had the holiday turkey sandwich and it did not disappoint. Maria Took my order and prepared my sandwich and she was incredibly friendly and her sandwich making hands are magic. Thank you for the great experience!!

Delicious sandwiches that are reasonably priced 6-10$. The Holiday Turkey Sandwich is amazing. Best sandwich I’ve had in my entire life! As soon as I bit into the sandwich, I experienced nostalgia, and it flooded me with family Thanksgiving memories. It reminded me of home. It consists of, turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy, stuffing, and mayonnaise. It all tastes delicious together. Love that it’s a hot sandwich! Highly recommend this sandwich restaurant!
