Just a summary of our experiences, as a family: consistent throughout the 8 yrs or so, Dr Musah in particular would openly criticize and berate his staff. His staff, for the most part have been inexperienced, many were new immigrants with poor communication English language skills which resulted in misunderstandings, and stress for everyone. Even if you booked the 1st appointment slot, Dr Musah would be late...30 minutes, 45 minutes, virtually never on time. 10 days ago, the wait was 3hrs before the okay to go into the waiting room was given. When our daughter was in pregnancy she felt she was having a kidney stone - 'you're not having a kidney stone' Dr Musah told her vehemently. By the time she had a 2nd opinion confirming that it was a stone, she was too late in pregnancy to have it removed - the pain that she then endured for the balance of the pregnancy and through the birth was excruciating. The doctor should have listened and performed the tests that would have confirmed a stone, rather than dismiss it out of hand. We have moved on to another GP and it was such a different experience - arrived 5 min's early, into the waiting room, 2 minutes later called into the exam room, 2 minutes later the BP was checked and 2 minutes later the pleasant Dr met and patiently listened. All staff were soooo polite and professional in the new Dr's office Fish Creek Medical.

Dr Christopher Musah is the absolute worse doctor imaginable. He is so obviously stressed out that it takes a burden on the patients. I visited him 3x in a three week period. Every time was like the first. I had to take him from the start and diligently explain my issues. Long story short don’t waste your time with this guy. You will leave his office feeling like you did something wrong with no further insight or diagnosis. . I urge you not to visit this clinic.

I just started seeing Dr. Obajimi last year. She works 1 Saturday a month which is really nice for my schedule. I haven't had to wait past my appointment time once yet. The staff at the front desk have all been friendly.

One of the medical assistants here aren't very nice. My girlfriend had an appointment scheduled just after their regular hours for a headache that's lasted for 2 weeks. When we got here, the med assistant asked her if it's ok to come back the next day instead, since she was already done for the day but the doc was still in, so was another receptionist. And, she reasoned, if my girlfriend endured that headache for 2 weeks, she could surely endure it for one more day. Definitely not the advice you'd want to hear from clinic staff...horrible. The fact that we had an appointment that day and she could just put it down like that is terrible.

I strongly suggest people not to go to this clinic. Dr. Musah starts at 10 and does not show up till around 1030 most days and knows he has patients waiting. He is extremely disrespectful and rude to his staff members which is a huge part of why there is so much turn over in the facility. He's yelled and disrespected his front staff in the room with patients making them both feel uncomfortable. The manager of the clinic has been hiring front end staff as "volunteers"and making them work for over a week without any pay to see if they are "fit" for the job. This is incredibly illegal and employment standards should know about it. Dr. Musah will charge you for things such as signing most documents, getting copies of your records and $55 for a sick note. He's done it to patients without them knowing then charging them after, I've been yelled at many times from patients because of this as the front end staff are the ones having to deal with payment. He's written the wrong prescriptions for people, the wrong name on prescriptions and has made people wait 30+ mins just to correct his own mistake on prescriptions when he could easily do it sooner like any other doctor in the facility would. If you enjoy waiting and having to spend money for services that you could get more reasonably priced or even free else where then go to eaglesmed.

Staff very friendly. I went in as a walk-in patient. I was able to see a friendly Doctor within 20 min. The Doctor was very helpful and made me feel welcome. And not as a hindrance on an already busy day! I left feeling that the Doctor listened and addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Mir is an excellent doctor. He has taken on the whole family now. At times he runs late, but I believe that happens because he will take extra time to listen to your concerns. Excellent Care. Highly recommended :

Dr. Obajimi is Calgary's best kept secret... All the females out there that need a genuine, intelligent and compassionate Doctor, Dr. Olukemi Obajimi is your lady! Her staff are so friendly and accommodating. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Not a good experience. The doctor basically told me in exact words "I don't appreciate that you cannot tell me exactly how you feel right now", immediately wanted to walk out in that moment. He looked frustrated as I kept trying to explain in the best way I can.

Dr kasimu is by far the best Dr. She treats my kids amazingly and they can't wait to go see her. She takes her time to listen..I mean really listen. In my opinion she is the best Dr in the city.
