Dr. Ogo is my family doctor and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Most doctors take 1 look at my mental health and don't believe me when I'm having an actual health problem but she is dedicated to listening to the patients needs and find the source to the problem. Front desk staff is always so kind to me and my daughter and very personable. The pharmacist is full of life, a quick worker, and amazingly kind. You can tell he loves his job and never ever misses saying hello for every time I've been there, even when I'm just there for an appointment. He even gave my daughter a sticker lol 10/10

Went to see Dr. Tolou to see if he would take me on as a new patient, so I went through 2 appointments, and everything went well I tried phoning a few times to get my prescription refilled no one can seem to answer a phone every time I phoned or return a call after leaving a message. Doctors are great, but front receptions need training on how to be more professional. Definitely not coming back.

Dr. Ogo is a great doctor who helped me find answers. I feel safe and respected by her. I can tell as a patient that she genuinely cares about my well being and that she is really listening to me. Also the pharmacists and reception here are always very kind and helpful.

I’ve been going this place for over a year. And each time I’ve been in, the reception desk has gotten more complacent and un-organized. Last time they had me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room for my booked appointment. Then they had me wait in the room for over an hour for my urine sample which I could not give anymore since I could no longer hold it. Today I booked an appointment for 4pm and showed up at 3:55pm and began waiting, at 4:45 they let someone who was 3.5 hours late for their appointment go ahead of me. I asked the receptionist if the time I booked was the time to show up or was it the set appointment time. And she simply said that they are a little behind. 1 hour is not a little behind. The female doctor who saw me was very understanding about my frustration at the front desk. Im sure the doctor’s life would be a lot easier if patients weren’t already frustrated and angry at the reception before they even step foot in the doctors office. Don’t come here unless you have absolutely no plans hours after your set appointment time.

Dr. O' is terrible at sending prescription refills to your pharmacy, you need to give them a few days to get it done!! Every single time it's the same thing! Will be looking for a new female Dr. Asap! Definitely not good service!

This clinic is advertised, and has signage, indicating it is a walk-in clinic. I walked in and asked for a walk-in appointment but was told the doctor was fully booked. There was no one, no one at all, in the waiting area. Shamefully false advertising and irresponsible treatment of people seeking a walk-in doctor. It's worse than that. Some time ago I had walked in with a woodworking sliver in my finger that I could not access. The doctor was unable to even try to remove it because he didn't have basic first aid equipment. I had to go to Urgent Care to get the sliver removed. If I could give zero stars to Canyon Meadows Medical Center, I would.

Dr Ogo is amazing and extremely helpful, the pharmacist working tonight was extremely helpful too and had excellent customer service! Receptionists were also extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you

Dr. Ogo is kind and personable. I have seen her quite a few times and she actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and actually believe me, which is pretty much unheard of nowadays. I always feel welcome when I go into the clinic, the front staff have always been friendly with me. The pharmacist is amazing and you can tell he really enjoys his job.

Just called 3 times, pressed *2* to be sent through to reception; waited to get through to reception, and 2/3 of my calls were dropped.. So just spent 10 minutes with dead air and didn't even get through. Not told to "please hold" only told by the automated voice "press 2 to talk to reception or book an appointment." ..To be left with dead air and my call ultimately dropped. After reading the comments while waiting on the phone I see that the reception and booking an appointment has been an issue quite a few times. And it clearly is still an issue. Calling before 5pm, when it says it closes at 6

Very Bad exeperience from Reception Unproffessional heavy attitude Frontdesk person in the Morning Shift Consulted on 06 th July and asked followup on 20th and Dr.Ola told its fixed at 10 am, On 20th I reached at 9.15 , its informed me that Doctors not available till 11 am, and come at 11. When I reached again 11 and informed receception about appointment, she told there is no appointment fixed on my Name and asked to wait . They made me to sit till 1 pm for consultation even the patients who came later than me walkin allowed before me. Terribly disappointed Even my first consultation doctor report also not updated to WCB till date. This Clinic is not recommented on my personal experience.
