Eagle Nook Wilderness Resort & Spa

This resort is definitely 5 Star. It is only open 3 months in the summer, so it makes it difficult for them to get their Trip Advisor ratings up. The food is top notch luxury resort quality with something for everyone. All of their guides are very experienced, they only hire the cream of the crop and all of fishing boats are top of the line Grady Whites. If you want a first class fishing experience, with all of the trimmings, go no further.

Dan and team - Sterling Crane held their 2015 Manager's retreat at Eagle Nook this year and it was a great success. We have been there before and have known Dan, Tim, Gary and a number of the staff and guides for many years but I think this year's trip was the best yet. The weather was very good to us, James the head chef did a fantastic job with all the food. The fishing was amazing and everyone caught lots of Salmon. The rooms are very comfortable. The lodge is spectacular with its front and rear ocean water views and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all it couldn't have been better. I would recommend to anyone.

Our family have been coming at this little slice of heaven for two consecutive year now. Great fishing, awesome food, excellent hiking trails and wonderful staff.
