It's not too bad, but parking is expensive. I've heard I mostly walk here cause I live nearby SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME WHEN THEIR GENERATOR EXPLODED...
Gold stars all around for the kind staff at Dynacare in Orleans this morning! Upon arrival, I reached into my purse for my health card and my wallet wasn’t there…it was at home on the table. Michelle was most gracious and told me that was no problem. I had no way to pay my parking and Michelle assisted me in exiting the parking lot and would not take the $5 in change that I found in my purse! Thanks also to the woman who drew my blood - I’m sorry but I didnt get her name. I have had problems doing bloodwork in the past and so can be a little tense. She found what she needed and her calm, reassuring manner relieved all my concerns!
The staff were friendly and professional. I don't like having blood work done, quite nervous, but Melissa was so nice and gentle, I barely felt the needle. Bit of a wait, longer than what was posted on the screen which said about 22 minutes and I think I might have been about 35-40minutes, but didn't mind.
I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and almost every time it is an unpleasant experience. Many members of the staff are rude. Today again, I simply asked to check my file first to see if my standing order is still valid and the employee refused and forced me to give him my new one which I would’ve kept because my doctor is also difficult to reach. The employee even said ‘give me that if you don’t want to waste our time’. Very unnecessary, I will stop coming to Dynacare and stop paying for the Dynacare plus, enough is enough, other labs do the same job and are nice to people.
Everything went smoothly for my first time doing any sort of labs.. buts it's been almost a month and my lab results were never sent to the doctor who ordered my labs and i wasnt given a pin to access them. I need these labs for my anti depressants and adhd medication. It is so frustrating
