Staff are really well organized for the opening rush. #11 thru the door and was out in less than 30 minutes. Phyllisha was very personable and proficient in obtaining the required blood samples. Well done. Thank you for the great service.
Bushra is always excellent! I have had my blood drawn by her many times now and it is never painful, despite my difficult veins. As for the rest of the staff, I have had great experiences with an EKG tech I’m sorry I don’t know her name! and the man at the front desk. A couple techs do not seem as friendly are loud or complaining, though I have not been served by them, so my review is only pertaining to those mentioned above.
Had a requisition faxed in. They don't have it. So I leave. Later, I try to virtually sign in and it shows in the system what tests I needed. Great, that means they have my paperwork. Tried calling the phone number listed on the website, it gives me an endless loop of phone messages with no option to talk to a person. I decide to complete virtual sign-in and go. Get there, they still don't have my form. How do they not have my form if the system knows what I need? Ohh well my provider probably sent the form to the central fax number and they allegedly can't get it from there. It has to be faxed to their specific machine. The number to which is not published anywhere. Literally, the fax number listed *on their website under their location* is not the number they gave me. Absolute waste of time.nLocation is clean and well-run otherwise but you better have a paper form with you!
This location is getting more organized every time I visit.nGood waiting time and great use of technology, something many labs, clinics and medical offices are missing.
Love this place. You can reserve your space on line and your visit takes less than 10 minutes. If you take less than 15 minutes the parking is free. Finally, you can check your results online too, for a fee.
