The workers are nice, and I didn’t even feel it when needle was inserted or removed. I would give a 5 except their system that estimates wait times is way, way off. My estimate when I arrived wad 64 minute and I was called in 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I would just recommend you give them your phone number so they can text you when you’re time is coming up soon. I did this and still waited about another half hour after the alert to return to the waiting area.
Came to get the first draw of a standing order and they inputted it incorrectly. Came for the second test time sensitive and they couldn’t locate the req. told me they couldn’t process it without it. Finally they made one up, told me it might be rejected because it’s not signed. The lab declined to run the results. They prevented me from completing a test that I needed to know my health status! I’m never coming back here, train your staff before someone else gets hurt. Manager won’t even call me back after leaving my number AND contacting the call center.
This rating doesn’t reflect the nurse- she was AMAZING. So warm and friendly, felt like chatting with a friend.nnThe bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe people were going in there to do urine samples. Toilet paper not on rolls, everyone just touching the loose one sitting out, no paper towels, debris everywhere.nnThe wait was really long too, over an hour or so, and there’s no wifi because you’re in the basement so bring a book!
I had a very frustrating experience during my blood draw appointment. The nurse had difficulty locating a suitable vein, attempting three times on my right arm. Unfortunately, the repeated attempts caused significant discomfort, including sharp pain and numbness in my arm, which was very distressing. After the third attempt, my arm was bleeding and experiencing radiating pain, and I requested assistance from a colleague. I appreciated when another staff member stepped in and was able to complete the blood draw promptly and with less discomfort.nnI hope the clinic can ensure their staff receive further training on technique and patient care to prevent similar situations in the future.
