ComplaintnnI arrived early and was told that my waiting time would be 46 minutes.nAfter the time finished, I asked because I had already been waiting for one hour, even though I was told it would be 46 minutes.nnI was then informed that I would need to wait another hour, while other people who arrived after me were allowed to enter before me.nnLater, I was told that this happened because the receptionist did not register my name.
Came to get the first draw of a standing order and they inputted it incorrectly. Came for the second test time sensitive and they couldn’t locate the req. told me they couldn’t process it without it. Finally they made one up, told me it might be rejected because it’s not signed. The lab declined to run the results. They prevented me from completing a test that I needed to know my health status! I’m never coming back here, train your staff before someone else gets hurt. Manager won’t even call me back after leaving my number AND contacting the call center.
This rating doesn’t reflect the nurse- she was AMAZING. So warm and friendly, felt like chatting with a friend.nnThe bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe people were going in there to do urine samples. Toilet paper not on rolls, everyone just touching the loose one sitting out, no paper towels, debris everywhere.nnThe wait was really long too, over an hour or so, and there’s no wifi because you’re in the basement so bring a book!
This place has deteriorated a lot. They used to have net check-in, which worked very well, but they stopped that for no apparent reason. Now you have to wait 80+ minutes at 7 am for blood sample. The bathrooms are a filthy mess.
