Came to get the first draw of a standing order and they inputted it incorrectly. Came for the second test time sensitive and they couldn’t locate the req. told me they couldn’t process it without it. Finally they made one up, told me it might be rejected because it’s not signed. The lab declined to run the results. They prevented me from completing a test that I needed to know my health status! I’m never coming back here, train your staff before someone else gets hurt. Manager won’t even call me back after leaving my number AND contacting the call center.
I went to this location a few weeks ago for a blood and urine test and the staff were very polite and very professional! I’ve been here a few times and my experience has always been a great one; Toni was especially good at drawing my blood sample. No one can ever find my veins but she did it in 15 seconds flat and I didn’t feel a thing. Her beside manner was truly impeccable.nAmazing work! Your staff are great
This rating doesn’t reflect the nurse- she was AMAZING. So warm and friendly, felt like chatting with a friend.nnThe bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe people were going in there to do urine samples. Toilet paper not on rolls, everyone just touching the loose one sitting out, no paper towels, debris everywhere.nnThe wait was really long too, over an hour or so, and there’s no wifi because you’re in the basement so bring a book!
I've been to this location many times. In my experience, it's been busy most of the time. They will accept walk-ins, but I strongly recommend making an appointment. Otherwise, your wait will be longer. Once you are called the process is easy and quick. I had the pleasure of dealing with Doaa today and her needle technique was awesome! I barely felt a thing. Good job young lady!
The lab itself is fine, but the washrooms are not clean at all. I understand it’s hard to keep them spotless with frequent use, but at the very least, they should separate the men’s and women’s washrooms.
