I have been into this location for my blood work in the past and was back again today. I appreciated the kind service I received. To start the day there are only two staff on with a long line of people who need to get their blood work done first thing and they do the best they possibly can to get everyone through despite the lack of staff and many people waiting. I certainly appreciate the work the staff do and I thank them today for a good experience getting my blood work completed.
I recently visited Dynacare for my blood work and I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The technician who performed my blood test was PRISCA. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained the process clearly.nnWhat stood out the most was the technician’s skill in drawing blood. I’ve had experiences in the past where finding a vein was difficult and sometimes painful. However, PRISCA was incredibly gentle and precise. She found the vein on the first try and the entire process was quick and virtually painless. I barely felt the needle, and there were no bruises afterward.nnOverall, my experience was excellent. The professionalism and expertise displayed made what is usually an anxious procedure, very smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dynacare for anyone needing blood work, especially if you’re nervous about needles.nnThank you to the team at Dynacare for providing such outstanding service!
I have visitied today to do my blood test , ECG and urine.njacklien was providing my services. She was so nice to everyone I have notice. She was helping everyone to do their next services.nNot only her , All the staff was working here are so nice to patient's.nWaiting time so good. I am so happy to have my all services here. This is not the first time I came here. I Wil come always and will recommend everyone to come here.nnFinally, I don't know who is the owner of this place. I will say to owner , please take care your all staff . Because ,this days is very hard to find faithful and honest staff like you have.nnThank younJaclien and all satff
Nothing against the staff but do not go here if you value your time. I counted 1 person every 8 minutes getting called up. Expect to wait 2 hours on average at this location, other locations are a lot quicker.
Booked an appointment. Arrived with 10 minutes to wait as supported by a text from the centre at 2:20 pm May 21, 2024. Cheques in and waited, and waited and waited. Screen showed I still had 5 minutes to wait and they are calling people further down the list and my time changed to 7 minutes. Now I am annoyed so I approach the staff and explain the situation and request my prescription and health card back. Got some excuse from the individual and I left at 2:51 pm as per Dynacare’s final text. Wow 31 minutes, had an appointment not sure what is going on at this place. There was still 2 people ahead of me, not sure about their abilities to manage anything. Off my list as a go to place.
