On a Saturday morning I showed up at 6:40 am since they opened at 7. There was already a line of 20 people and once they opened I had to wait approx 1 hour for blood work. Everything was very smooth and the blood work itself took less than 5 minutes. Efficient and polite staff. Left at approx 8:10 am

In a world of technological innovation and AI, you’d think that a reservation system or an in waiting room time estimate could provide an expectation within 4 hours. Also having all your Phlebotomists managing the admin and complaints and not drawing blood seems counter intuitive. Big oppourunity for any other company to enter the space.
ComplaintnnI arrived early and was told that my waiting time would be 46 minutes.nAfter the time finished, I asked because I had already been waiting for one hour, even though I was told it would be 46 minutes.nnI was then informed that I would need to wait another hour, while other people who arrived after me were allowed to enter before me.nnLater, I was told that this happened because the receptionist did not register my name.
We received excellent service at this location. Our nurse, Chantalle, was so patient with my son, who is terrified of needles. She spent a lot of time talking to him and finally convinced him to get his blood test. She was amazing and I truly appreciate her help.
