So I agree with Cape Cod Guy.  On 9/5/2011 I called and requested an electrician to come to house in Barnstable and do some work. He would call when he was on the way. Guy on the phone said he would come the day after Memorial Day.  That day came and left 1 week ago.  No call no followup no nothing.  I will not chase service folks so add me to the list of unhappiness!
