They have some amazing products and great pricing. The manager Jaqueline has extensive knowledge of the products in the store and was a great help without being pushy. will definitely be shopping there more often.

The lady working was very friendly and very helpful. I was having trouble deciding which pair of Osiris to buy, and she spent a few minutes chatting with me, and asking questions, and helped me figure out which pair worked best for me. I live in a totally different province, but I will definitely be ordering more shoes from them online. Great store, great products, great prices. Thank you.

Its a wonderful store and all except this time where I was trying to feel the texture of these cool leggings when one of the employers told me I'm not allowed to touch anything and was being kind of rude asking "what do you want?" in a rude tone with me looking all annoyed. Verses when other customers entered to touch clothes, that same employee said nothing to them and was even greeting them welcome and smiling

It was a great experience shopping here at west Edmonton mall. The Persian girl that was helping me was super helpful and kind. It was really awesome how she helped me choose an outfit. I’ll be coming back soon for another fit thanks!

Terrible experience and customer service. We went into the store to look around and were pondering the boards specifically when my girlfriend and I found one and set it on the floor to test out the trucks on it when the front cashier, a man, came over to us and rudely asked us "what are you doing" as if to suggest we knew we were in the wrong. I looked at him and simply replied with "what do you mean" when he repeated "what do you think you are doing" in again, a very aggressive and rude tone. We replied with the fact we were just testing out the board as that is what you normally are allowed to do in order to see if the board works for you or not. In which his reply was for us to put the board back as there are sharp objects around and if we get hurt the store doesn't cover that. We understood his concern, however, the lack of respect and professionalism will never make me or my girlfriend come back to this store again. Will not recommend.

This place is my go to place for clothing. High quality clothing. I've been going here for 2 yrs now. I will always go back. On the ball service here. The owner is a nice guy!

First store in the mall I ever walk into where the employees actually take great care of you, and have a different variety of clothes and top notch brands. The two gentleman working there helped me with any questions I had, and were quick to assist me if I needed anything. They just got a new customer and I definitely recommend this store for anyone who is looking for some nice clothing for great prices!

Very rude owner who became aggressive as soon as I asked about a brand they use to carry. Him and his associate cornered me and my children and told us to the leave the store because I said the new brand wasn’t like their old brand. And apparently a customer heard me say this and it’s my fault they heard me say it….I was actually scared the way he came at me and my children. I use to buy all my clothing for myself and husband at this store and now will never step foot in ANY Dyce establishment ever again if that’s how you are treated. I had my friend with me who had never heard of it before, that was her first and will be her last visit.

THE WORST PLACE EVER. We were served by a woman who was wearing no mask. We looked around she came on yelling saying we’re not allowed to look around and when we asked for a “manager” or “her name” she has just walked away refusing service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have a video proof as well. Really a lot rude, no manners, no COVID restrictions, don’t know how to work in customer service.
