Story

We are Edmonton's outdoor specialists. Cross-country skiing is our pride and joy during the winter months. Back-country skiing (Alpine Touring and Telemark), climbing (rock, ice and indoors), hiking and backpacking are our other specialties that take us into the summer.

These folks are real pros. Extremely high service level. One on one uninterrupted interaction with the sales associate. If they're out of stock, they take your name and they call you as soon as the item comes in. I wish more stores did that.

They have cross country skiis and boots available at the moment, very few places in Edmonton have any stock. Staff here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Great spot to shop for those of us not sure what we are looking for.

Great place to go for ski gear! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You feel that you are talking to someone with experience whenever you  go into the store, not just people who have read a brochure about a product or someone paid to promote a product.  Big difference from going to big box stores.

One of the best shops on whyte ave for outdoor gear! Don’t forget to checkout the basement!

Fantastic store with top notch equipment and customer service. I purchased several items from here to complete the WCT and all equip performed well. My go to store for my outdoor needs.

Track 'N Trail is an amazing store! I've stopped by in person a number of times and have also spoken to sales associates over the phone on a couple occasions and the staff has always been so incredibly helpful every time. They offer great gear recommendations and really know their products.

Track N Trail always does a great job of answering any questions - and going above and beyond to help! We are so thankful for a great outdoor shop in our city!
