Durham Medical Clinic

My review is strictly about the unpleasant reception staff of the Durham Medical Clinic. I absolutely dread walking into this clinic or even calling the clinic. I visit once, maybe twice, a year and each time I am greeted by a monotone voice and spoke to in a condescending tone. The woman I spoke with today on the phone while trying to make an appointment was disinterested and hostile. By the end of our 2 minute interaction I was cancelling the doctors appointment I had just made. It is time to adopt a positive attitude. Your customer service, telephone etiquette, tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language need some serious tune ups. Your COMPASSION needs a serious makeover.

Piss ass poor service. .. I live in london and havnt see mr walley in 8 years, I called to see if he could get me an appointment with a fertility clinic or to refer me to another doctor here in london...... The "receptionist" Told me that I would have to find a doctor down here and get them to request my forms. This is why I don't deal with rude ass people.
