Wow.....Amazing. We cannot wait for the completion of this project...DURHAM ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT with Complete entertainment and Accomodations aside from the awesome waterfronts and Parks beside Lake Ontario for Local and International Tourist and will boost our community and All of Durham Region. CONGRATULATIONS to our CITY of PICKERING.......a 15 minutes away from the location !!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

It will be a huge complex, but the con is that it will be a busy interchange at Brock Road and there needs to be a bridge built over 401 to connect Notion and Squires Beach roads and rename it Notion Road towards Bayly Street to ease traffic congestion at Brock Road and Church Street. Otherwise, they should build the area without having a casino, where it needs to be kept in Ajax, where it's more accessible.

Looking forward to this project ! I think this will be great for Pickering ! As a resident of Pickering who would be a quick 5 minute drive to Durham Live, this will be great for the area !

Let me guess, this whole area will be built on and paved over. What about the vernal pool, what about the trees? This is the dumbest place to put something like this, minimal access roads, traffic is already bad on bayly. Someone greased some pockets, the whole project was a backroom deal. Let's hope the new government in Ontario stops this.

This will never see the light of day. Too many stumbling blocks such as increased exits off 401, traffic snarls getting to GO, the logistics firms, etc. Why not build the casino portion in Ajax where facilities are already in place.
