I was not impressed that they cancelled through voice mail for my consult 15min prior to 2 pm...after telling when I booked that they couldn't give me an exact time only a window between 2 - 4pm, I took the time off work...lost wages. To top it off, in the message they said they weren't able to make it for 5 days later!! Obviously I won't be rescheduling!

I recently purchased a house in Bowmanville that ended up having electrical issues. DEC was quick to dispatch an expert electrician to my home at the time I requested. The electrician (Greg) was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to resolve all my electrical issues in a few hours - fantastic service - will 100% recommend and use again.

I called to install a light fixture and to check my beaker box. He (Greg) was very thorough in searching and fixing the problem. E. Vaillancourt recommend this company due to having a great reputation for good work. Price was great. He was friendly , on time and determined to fix the problem. I will definitely use their services again.

We were in need. Within no time at all, an electrician was there. Professional, knowledged and kind. If you can impress my father you've done extremely well. My father was beyond impressed with the service he received. Thank you We'd recommend to everyone who need this company to be there to provide a service.

What a waste of time . Waited 2 weeks just to get an estimate. Finally called them and told them I'm not interested in doing business with someone like this. Busy or not , communication is just a phone call away.
