Controlled Electric Ltd

I was really not impressed. The electrician (Derick) came to our home and I thought we had finally gotten someone who was up for the work and trusted him not to cancel at last minute. Derick gave me a reasonable quote on the Tuesday and I said we would like to go ahead so he said he would give me a call on Wed to let us know if he would do the work Thursday morning or Friday. I waited all day Wed with no call so I called him and left a message around 7:30pm to remind him that I was still waiting for him to let me know what day and time...no returned call and no idea if I needed to take Thursday morning off work ( I did stay home just in case he showed) but he was a no show...lost wages for me. I left him several messages through the day on Thursday just to give him the benefit of the doubt and to see if he was planning to come on Friday...still no return call. Today is Friday, I did not hear from Control Electric at all today so I was forced to start the whole process again and begin looking for another electrician...what a colossal waste of my time!! I'm hoping this is the last bad review I have to write for inconsiderate electricians....we will find out next week. I'm assuming that they get better offers with higher paying jobs so they have no problem dumping new clients that won't bring in the big $$$ Kim
