The pizza here is so good and always piping hot. Unfortunately, the handful of times we’ve dined in to eat the service has been painfully slow and they always play country music. The woman who waited our table complained the entire time about how understaffed they are and sat down next to us. It was a little unprofessional and awkward. But we do enjoy the thin crust pizza. Maybe we’ll try takeout next time.
Felt bad for the server and cook. Only one of each and our appetizers didn’t come out for almost an hour then asked for our dinner order to go which took another 40 minutes. Failure of management who needs to load balance staff or pause online ordering to make sure their dine in patrons don’t suffer an experience like we did.
Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6PM, it is now 8:45PM closes at 9PM and I still have not gotten it. Absolutely should not be this slow. I live 5-10 minutes away. Food is great, but do not ask for delivery.
Great experience. I stopped by to see if they had Corn Beef and Cabbage for St Patrick's Day and to my delight they did. Not only was the place super clean but the food was super delicious but the best part was the insanely awesome customer service. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. I highly recommend you try them if you're looking for great food and super friendly service!
Got a couple of thin crust pizzas. Excellent, toppings, cheese and sauce. Definitely going to have to check out the rest of menu.
The food was good, the service was great. The only problem that I had was that every time the door was open the cold air was coming in.Food: 4/5
UNBELIEVABLE DINNER!! Best meatballs I’ve had in many years!! cheese ravioli was amazing I love the sauce!! Great garlic bread!! Delivery was on time and the driver was great!!! First time ordering from here won’t be the last!!!
Ordered a med. pizza for delivery 12 mins drive away from the place and they charged me ten dollars for delivery fee alone. Pizza was not even that good. I will not order again.
It’s obvious the owner just doesn’t give a ****. Been goin here since I moved in down the street in 2008. Today will be my last time, bathrooms are disgusting and haven’t been cleaned in a few days at least. Waitress goes AWOL and they can’t keep mgmt. I know it’s the owner as I have had chats with all previous employees over the last 13 years. Sorry, but enough is enough for me. They don’t seem interested so I’m not either
My wife and I were in Frankfort for a night of music under the stars with friends. We had decided to dine at Durbins prior to the concert . When we arrived there was a sign stating they would be closing at 5pm it was 4:40pm. The young gal graciously allowed us to be their last diners no menu restrictions. We asked why they were closing so early and she stated they didn't have enough staff both in the kitchen and on the floor. We ordered, our food was hot and cooked to order and we weren't rushed. Nice dining experience.
