Very polite and respectful but didn't double check my order before giving to me, forgetting my shrimp dinner order, giving me 2 extra fries not knowing my food comes with fries. Added the lemon to my food when requested no lemon. They forgot to add lettuce to the mushroom burger after specifically telling the lady "lettuce, ketchup, mayo" 2x. They are nice but need to read and know what comes with an order.
Love their cod sandwiches and dinners, also cheese burgers deluxe. French fries are good but the onion rings are even better. We usually just pick up food in the drive-thru and the atmosphere is just average.Food: 5/5
Drive up ordered cod 2 piece dinner charged me $16. Dollars plus change. The fish was soagy fries cold slaw roll small drink . Are you kidding me. Probably not go back to soon. Clarence
My first and last visit. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss double, it was $13 and had maybe one or two pieces of mushroom in my last bite and no sauce. The quote-unquote burger patties or as thin as a piece of sliced cheese and black all the way. I wish I had eaten in instead of going through the drive-thru that way I could have given it back to them.
I really tried with this Culver's and now I'm over it. This is the second time I've visited the drive thru, left and came home to find my order wrong. I went for a Culver's deluxe this time with everything on it plus bacon......to leave and come home with 4 chicken tenders and cheese curds. Called the store about my order......the Store Manager was fantastic and told me to come back for a fresh order. Reluctantly, I left my home again to travel to pick it up. I arrived, they gave me the bag after I asked the same lady at the window if my order was correct, she assured me it was.......came home to a double cheese burger with just cheese, meat, bacon and mayo.........NO lettuce, tomato, onion etc. FIRST time I came to this restaurant......ordered a double burger on sourdough, cheese and onions......came home to one dry patty onions and bread.....NO CHEESE. Im sorry, I would love to like this Culvers.....just not this location unfortunately.
I ear here regularly. It's my favorite fast food facility. Wherever I am I look for a Culver's over any other fast food.Food: 5/5
As I'm writing this, I am currently sitting outside at one of the patio tables with my boyfriend and our dog, protected from the sun by an umbrella. This is our first time here and I absolutely love the service, I asked a lot of questions and kaleb was the first to help us figure out where to go with our dog. I went in to order and I asked even more questions! We ordered the bacon deluxe combo, a plain burger with extra patty, a strawberry salad, and a small sundae. Amazing food, feels good to have eaten as much as we did and not feel lethargic! We will definitely be back!
Let me start out with what means the most to ME...cleanliness. I have NEVER been in a public restroom as clean as the one in this establishment. The entire restaurant was immaculate. The staff was courteous, efficient and they all had sincere smiles. They were a team. You could see they took pride in what they were doing. They were high-5'ing. I loved it! Haven't seen that kind of enthusiasm since waaaaay pre-COVID. Food was HOT!! Cooked to perfection. The staff at the Frankfort, IL Culver's, on Monday November 14th around 830pm ROCKED IT!! Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience.
