Dupont Auto Collision

First time here. I needed to get my rear bumper replaced. Checked this place out and it had tons of good reviews so I brought my car here. The owner George is a very soft spoken gentleman. He didn't really say much or anything when I dropped off my car. I actually had to ask him questions like ok so when my car is ready you'll give me a call? Etc. Anyways, from when I got the initial quote to going in and telling the owner I would go ahead with the repairs amd picking up my car took about 4 week. I totally understand that it's a small shop and it's very busy there but a simple bumper swap out really shouldn't take 4 weeks to complete. Personally i feel that the owner could be more communicative when dealing with customers. In any event, the repairs look great so I would return here if I had to again. I also still would recommend this place to those who are in need of a good auto body shop but do so with the caveat that it might take a super long time for your repairs.

DuPont did an outstanding job of repairing our Polestar 2. George kept us up to date and the car looks like it just came from the factory. Thanks George.

George and his team were an absolute dream to deal with. I broke my door handle, dented my passenger side door and messed up the side molding in an unfortunate accident with a poll in my parking garage. I was only looking to fix the door handle and the molding and they were able to fix it within two days. When i dropped it off, they gave me a ride to the subway station and the man who drove me was very reassuring and made me me feel a lot better emotionally about an extremely stressful and difficult situation. I'll never forget how amazing i was treated by George and his team and i'm very thankful for that. They did an amazing job fixing my car, it was even detailed and cleaned!! I can't say enough amazing things about this place. Amazing customer service, extremely fast, knowledgable, thorough, and especially caring. It was an amazing experience. If you ever need anything done to your car George and Dupont Auto Collision are definitely the place you should go!!

Had my insurance company choose them as their preferred partner, and man do they do good work. My car looks amazing, they took care of everything. Gorges is super friendly and knows his stuff. Albeit my service was through insurance I can tell they take pride and put I'm care in everything they do!

I brought in my car for a dent on the driver side door and they were fantastic! Provided me with a detailed estimate with competitive pricing, were able to get my car in for repair the next week, and finished exactly on schedule! PLUS the repair and color matching is flawless! As an added bonus, they detailed the inside of my car as well! I cannot say enough great things about this place! Thank you so much for the amazing work!

Excellent work by Dupont Auto Collision! Jorge really knows his stuff with immaculate repairs, even sorting out details with insurance. It’s so much better dealing directly with an owner-operator with vast experience than having to talk to unknowledgeable staff at other places. Highly recommend!

Jorge is an amazing gentleman! He is the best, my angel! I took my 2 days old car with a dent and scratch at rear as I hit pillar on parking,he understood my situation and fixed it with no charge till I arrange money for full repair. He almost repaired it.. he is so helpful,kind and God sent!
