Been to many auto shops to get quotes, but this was the only place who told me I don’t need to replace the door with affordable price. They did the amazing job and even cleaned the interior and the exterior. The staff is very kind and helpful. Will recommend to my friends for sure!

Following an accident, our Jeep Cherokee had damage to the fender and bumper. We brought the car to Direct Repair and got a very fair quote . We brought the car in on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. We were amazed at how quickly the job was done and by the expert workmanship. Our car looks brand new , like it came out of the showroom. And bonus, the inside was detailed too. Our expectations were exceeded. We are very happy.

I went to Direct Repair to get my rear drivers door repaired/painted after someone backed into it.   As soon as I got my quote here done by Saif and his colleague I was set on coming here because of the positive attitude and just general politeness/helpfulness.  After meeting Dougie and speaking to him it was clear to me that this repair shop puts a lot of emphasis into providing good service and quality work for their customers.  And they absolutely did !!  They absolutely followed through and I must say they did a super job on my car!  When they returned the car to me it was sparkling clean and even though I went back for a minor correction to my door they were very welcoming and gave me back my car door buffed and the car sparkling clean again.   I definitely recommend this body shop, and I will go back for any other body work on my cars. Amazing car repair shop!! I scraped the side of my jaguar in a parking garage. I went to Direct Repair and Jessica provided a knowledgeable assessment and offered a fair price for the repairs. Couldn’t be happier. I had some back bumper damage and got a quote from direct repair significantly lower than other shops. The work was done very well, sooner than expected and at quote. They even gave the car a complimentary wash and cleaned out the front seats no small task. Communication was great and overall was a positive experience. I am very pleased by the work done by Direct Repair. My Honda Accord was in a serious crash with extensive front end damage. Direct Repair was very clear on what work they could do and the timeline. They actually did more than they promised, etc., fixing some other areas of my car. Going to Auto body shop is not fun, however Duggie/Jessica & team made the process easy and smooth. They provided excellent advise, did a great job at a fair price and they stand behind their work. Excellent service and value. I had shopped around and was surprised to find that they didn't try to oversell and add on unnecessary work and therefore they're quote was affordable vs the other three body shops I received estimates from. Work was excellent, quick and on time. The staff was great and the entire process was a good experience. Will use them again, highly recommend them. Thanks Jessica great customer service.
