They are such a big liars and provides the worst customer service. Last night, there was a breakdown in my truck on highway-1, close to Redcliff, AB. We called them and a guy came to our location to check the problem in the truck, there he told us that he needs to replace a part in our truck. He asked us to bring the truck in his garage and told that he ordered that part and will get it at 2 PM and till 4 pm they were like its coming its coming… though at the time of their closing they said the part is not gonna come today and it will come in the next morning and they will fix our truck in the noon. They could tell us this thing in the morning so that we could look for another options. They are such a big liars and told on call that they will charge us $600 to provide service in their after hours but charge us $100 extra. I would never recommend anyone to visit them and get any kind of service from them. I would give them 0 star if google would have that option. Worst experience ever.

I was rolling in to Medicine Hat on Jan 22.18 about 3pm with a engine problem.I called 3 local dealerships and was told NONE of them could look at my truck , I found Dunlops number and called, Chris the service manager said come on in .I arrived at his shop at 3.30 they hooked up the computer and found the problem . They took me in in the next morning, replaced the bad injector . Amanda in warranty ....Chris the shop Manager went over and beyond...Would recommend this shop 100% :

Very fast, came in on a Sunday. Able to diagnose on an international even though thier focus is western star!
