I see that Dunkin Donuts had a lot of one-stars. My experience was good. My order was quick, right, and fast! I usually get a regular grilled cheese, but u tried the pesto, cheese, and tomato on sourdough bread. Yummy
This is a really good new place in Wapun. The treats that we got were very tasty. The coffee was great. Especially impressive was the cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms. On top of all that, it's a treat to get served by smiling friendly staff!Food: 5/5
Eggs were still partially frozen, bacon raw, bread not toasted and soggy. Threw two sandwiches in the garbage. Will not be eating anything else from Dunkin Donuts in the future.

Almost every time I come through the drive through, I am welcomed by snippy staff members. Today after I had payed and pulled forward I was handed me and my fiancés coffees, the lady at the window told me to have a good day. They had forgotten our donuts and straws, so I politely waited and then asked for the stuff they had missed. The woman at the window, in a short and stern tone informed me that the wether or not we get a straw is dependent on the lid of the drink we get. Domed lids she said get straws. I had a domed lid, I didn’t get a straw. Which is why I had asked for one. I found her explanation rude and unnecessary. How difficult is it to just politely hand someone a straw and be on with your day. I’ve had multiple bad encounters with this store. The most common occurrence being the workers having a short tone, and being rude at the window. Acting like me ordering something is an inconvenience even when I’m the only one there.
This used to be a pretty good location. All of my drinks and the few food items I have ordered were as expected and served in a timely manner. However, for the last few months, not only has the accuracy decreased, but so has the quality I'm sad to say. On Wednesday 1/23/20 I visited this store via drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead not a big deal and when my coffee was brought out to me it was wrong. I had to send it back. My sandwich .. well, I'm surprised someone thought it was ok to serve. The edges of the croissant, sausage, and egg were all burned as well as the cheese. How disappointing. I did give three stars because this place used to be pretty good, but it's on its way down. If the downward spiral is stopped and corrected, I will update this post as well as update amount of stars.
I love this Dunkin! The employees and managers are so amazing, I’m always excited to stop, not just for the great coffee, but also to see some of my favorite people! Dietary restrictions: So many options for lactose intolerant individuals!
Very poor customer service. Rude and and un apologetic when I called to inform them they forgot an idem on my order. Definitely won't be going there again. I'll make sure to inform everyone not to go there.
The Waupun Dunkin is my absolute favorite!! They are always accurate with my order and my coffee is always delicious!! The staff is AMAZING l! They are always polite and seem happy!!
The staff is awesome. They are so polite & great at their jobs. Very fast service. I love this store & will be a customer for life
