This was such a pleasant Dunkin Donuts experience. The staff, especially Joseph was so kind and helpful. My Dad was looking to get a Diet Coke and they had run put up front and Joseph graciously offered to check in the back! His service was top notch and we will definitely be back while on our visit. Also this location had a nice seating area for us to enjoy our breakfast outside.
Stopped by Dunkin Donuts today! Ordered a large iced tea with light ice. When I received my drink it was and inch or more from the top tot the cup. I asked if the cup could be filled up and I was told that since I asked for light ice you don’t get as full of a cup! I have never heard of such a thing. Wherever I order an iced tea, I always order light ice and have never had this happen! Ridiculous!!! How much does an extra inch of iced tea cost you Dunkin’?
How come when i order through app my order is never ready for pick up? And lately my large cup of coffee isn’t filled up all the way Been at least an inch below rim. Update. Just left this location and it will be the last time. Im sure one customer won’t make a difference. Per corporate rules they wont fill up my iced coffee to the top unless i want more ice. Sorry i want coffee with my iced coffe please.
Everytime I visit, the service is super slow. The donuts are good. Pretty standard. My order is always right. I just can't understand the long wait for an iced chai and one donut...every single time. Line or no line.Food: 4/5
Great service! Tastey donuts! What else can you ask for. They were quick with getting the donuts too. Definitely will be back.
I'm a veteran and don't expect anything from anyone but with that said I'm super appreciative when businesses offer freebs. I don't normally eat donuts to often. I was able to get a free apple fritter. It was delicious!Food: 5/5
Ordered 12 donuts online at 2:02pm on 2/14/20 order #2570 came to the store at 5:37pm and the girls working there told me that she doesn't have a receipt so she can't give me my donuts. I showed her my receipt and that I paid and my card was charged and she proceeded to just stand there starring at her screen. She was the manager!!!
Absolutely love Dunkin! Very fast breakfast service! Friendly staff and they can be super busy but still out the door in 10 mins going in. Just awesome!

I came in on the Busy Friday morning of August 26th because my sister had something wrong with her mobile order the night prior and couldn’t get a refund what so ever. I came in the store and I was greeted by Joseph who was so hard working and so patient with me since I had social anxiety in such a crowded place and I wasn’t able to correctly read off my sisters order. He took his time to get what I needed done and went beyond with his kindness. He didn’t hesitate one bit, no questions asked. It melted my heart that I went home to cry about it because he was so sweet that it made my whole day. Joseph I want to thank you so much, you’re so sweet! This made me enjoy being a regular
