I have had great service with donut side of the store. Ice cream is very slow even when there's a number of staff. They are usually quite busy with the window, and I go inside. My impression is staff are assigned a role and they just wait until they are needed instead of jumping in to help elsewhere when they aren't busy. The product is good. Good cakes.
very limited options for flavors,provided me plastic spoon that has extra plastic threads that easily got mixed with the ice cream and I almost swallow them several times.
You need a staffing overhaul, bunch of dimwitted kids working there. Updated 6/8/21: You guys apparently don't care. By the way, thanks for the banana peel in my Banana Royale that you also added caramel on... wrong.
Have a look at my review history on here and you'll find that I leave very few 1 star reviews so if you get one from me, you've earned it. Went to the drive through to order some milkshakes and asked, "Where's your listing of flavors?" I was told "We only keep like 24 of em in stock at any given time and we change em up so we don't list them"..... What??? So I went in... Worst. Decision. ever. Took me probably 30 minutes to get 3 milkshakes. Primarily because after the guy made em he set them down behind the counter and then the girl at the drive thru window scooped em up and handed em to someone in the drive thru!!! When I brought it to her attention I was responded to with attitude and misplaced confidence that this did not happen, until the guy who got my shakes came back in with them stating that that he got the wrong order. I could go on with the absolute insanity that transpired during my visit but this review is already too long. Complete and utter failure in service. Entirely incompetent. I felt like I was being punked the whole time. I get it, you don't want to work there but try having some damn pride in your work.

I took my wife and daughter and my daughter and I had affogatos. That's where you take a scoop of ice cream and pour espresso over it. The bitterness of the espresso nicely complements the sweetness of the ice cream. I ate the pralines and cream flavor.
The employee helping us was friendly and patient with our indecisive kiddo. The ice cream was delicious and eating on the patio was a great treat.
Terrible service. Had 7 people working and waiting for ice cream 10 minutes before being acknowledge. Nobody in the ice cream line but us and 2 others in the donut line. No issues with the ice cream but service. Come on at least say Hi be with you in a minute.
Slow service regards to the ice cream section. Kid didnt know how to make a shake. Took him several attempts to fill the small and when I got it, it wasnt even full. Plus instead if making my drink, he took other people's order behind me, so it took me 10-15 before I even got my shake. Poor service.
Hours wrong on the store, arrived and the sign outside showed they should still be open, but was told they were closed when we were able to get inside. 3 kids all excited to get ice cream and they wouldn't serve us, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
