The weekday crew is great, never have an issue. The weekend crew, however, seems to always have a problem. I visited today placing an online order as I normally do. 4 drinks. Get to window, receive 3 drinks, 1 incorrect as it was supposed to have cookie cold foam, but I let it pass. We let them know there was supposed to be 4 drinks, we were missing 1. We had to tell them exactly what it was supposed to be. This happened when we visited during the weekend 1-2 weekends ago, same crew, same issue.. except that time they had no idea what we ordered it was 5 drinks that time and they only gave us 2 and we had to tell them what our order was only to receive all the wrong drinks including the incorrect sizes like every single one of them were wrong. I just don’t understand why the weekend crew seems to not know what was placed on the online orders or have any knowledge or receipt of these orders but when I come during the weekday it’s never an issue. The weekend crew needs some training. I hate to say it, and I won’t be coming by on the weekends anymore because it’s never correct, something is always missing and they never know what you ordered and obviously having to tell them what it was is no help because it still comes incorrect.
Drive throw If you dont like your job quit. Miserable look on her face, additude in her voice. When someone says sorry I'm hard of hearing ,doesnt mean im blind so rolling eyes not ok.Food: 5/5
Your basic Dunkin' with a drive thru and good service. Staff are polite and friendly. Food does take a little time to be served, so be patient in the morning. The store is very clean and there is plenty parking spots.
Mediocre location and service. Food is the same but often don't have every option a larger sute does, service is usually slow sometimes the worst and demeanor of employees is sometimes pleasant but sometimes "touchy."Food: 4/5
Super BUSY place, but my coffees are always perfect. I stop daily before work. EDIT: Got a lady today 3/24 with a polish accent maybe who gave me an attitude...on top of my coffee being disgusting, no extra ice like I ordered...and it was definitely made wrong...tasted bitter and was much darker than usual. Absolutely rushed and was wrong. I travel an hour for work so I'm really pi**ed off..
Three times I bought coffee here and all three times very rude no smile and two out three times got my coffee wrong. Never going there again I'll go to Starbucks they are always nice.
Did not have the greatest experience this time. There was a long line at the drive thru and a long line inside. We ordered 10 minutes before we got there and they did not even start our order. We waited another 15 minutes. It was Sunday morning and they had one person doing the front and not sure how many at the drive thru. They also kept getting orders wrong. They really needed more people working.
Such a shame it's so difficult to get an order right here. Nothing was correct. Had to wait while they brewed a new batch. Time went by and was asked if we were being helped. Said yes, a new batch was being brewed. They never even started brewing it yet. Asked for decaf, got regular. They then dumped it and gave me decaf. Horrible parking lot. Poorly designed. Sorry DD, but this location was a major fail.
Jason and Jeremy whipped me up something that is now off their menu, the Dunkaccino. Both gentleman were very easy to work with and both improvised on the spot very well, it came out tasting better than the usual Dunkaccino. Very energetic and attentive squad at this location. Will be returning!
