I had received a wrong coffee order twice while at the dunkin on Grat AVe in Auburn. I had 2 sick little ones in the back so I couldn't go into the store to have them fix it for a 3rd time and the drive thru line was long....so I went to the DD on state st and ordered another coffee and told them about my ordeal elsewhere. The clerk asked her manager and they replaced my coffee for free and apologized and were super genuine. Excellent customer service! They didnt have to correct it as they had nothing to do with it but when above and beyond! I will be visiting them again

Super bitter, coffee colored water. Quality over the last month is getting worse and worse. I guess I expect more for a $3.23 coffee...

If I could give a ZERO star review I would! I work in customer service and there was literally nothing good about this. Out of an order of three drinks not a single one was correct and had to be sent back. Serously, how hard is it to take an order, repeat it back, and make it??! Couldnt even repeat it back correctly after spending 10 minutes in the drive thru line. And I asked for my receipt and never received it. Plus the language you could hear when you pull up to the window is something I'm glad my 3 year old in the back seat couldn't hear.
