I’ve been a frequent flyer here for about a year, and for the most part I was always happy. Over the past month or two, it’s taking a serious dive. Coffee is constantly made wrong, burnt, or even worse when you get a coffee that’s msde wrong, then receive a burnt coffee.

This has to be the worst Dunks anywhere..there were 4 girls working, 1 at the drive thru window , 1 helping the customer in front of me ( at a snails pace) and 2 just walked by and gave me a look..waited over 5 minutes or more before giving up and leaving...extremely poor customer service

The 3 times I visited this Dunkins, my order was never given to me correctly. Today it was a tosted bagel butter on the side. I got a bagel with cream cheese. So disappointing when you don't have time for them to fix your order. Not only am I out a breakfast but the money it cost and my time I lost. Seriously Dunkins, if you can't get it right give it up.

The coffee here is generally fine. I'm giving it a low review because I was just in there and the girl who was working the sandwich station not only was not wearing gloves but had her cell phone out on the cutting board and was using it while actively making sandwiches on the same board. That is several different kinds of unhygienic.
