Horrible employees that work here. Never in my years have I encountered such lack of respect, terrible customer service, and rudeness. Disrespect my wife over the phone when she called about an simple issue with the order. Refused to help and just pushed the problem to be handled next day. Not everyone has the time to just be at the same place next day. My wife and I will longer do business at this establishment after being loyal customers for the past 2 years. Will share this on all social media channels for everyone to view.

Have been stopping in the morning on my way to work maybe a handfull of times. And out of that handfull of stops my order has been wrong at least 75% of those stops. All i ask for is ham and cheese on a croissant no egg. I usually end up with egg on the sandwich or its on an english muffin or bagle. I make sure im very clear while ordering and kisten very closely as they repeat the order and yet thry still get it wrong...........

This location use to be my favorite but for the last couple of months any time I go, there is something messed up or I receive poor customer service (aka rude staff). I find myself at Starbucks more and more these days because of it.

I rarely have a good experience at this location. All other locations around here are great, but this one is dirty, slow and has terrible service. Today, I bit into my breakfast sandwich to find a three inch piece of thin plastic. Gross. They really need to do something about this location.

Good service. Although the drive thru is confusing. For some reason people are on wrong side of road and block traffic
