The ice cream is absolutely delicious. Thier chocolate treats are very tasty and there is some many yummy options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and polite towards customers. The atmosphere is relaxing and somewhat feels you are at a carnival.

Which I could not even rate it 1/5 stars. I work in food myself and am usually not so critical, but my experience has been the worst experience ever in my life. First I paid over the top for the ice cream, that was half melted before even received. Then I watched a girl drop the ice cream scoop on the ground then pick it up and continue to use it, thinking she went unnoticed. Also, they were all rude and snobby and everyone was straight faced and looked miserable as they sang their cold stone song. :( NEVER EVER USE THIS COLD STONE I AM WARNING YOU!!!!

On my daughters birthday we went to cold stone to celebrate. I watched the manager lick her finger and continue to make my daughters ice cream. When confronted, she denied every doing it and didn't once offer to remake it for me. We left and went to yoamazing instead.

The ice cream is gummy and not a clean consistency...and the Prices are high for what you get. Others may feel different...try and decide for yourself. Not recommended.
