Reception is good and efficient. There is usually very little wait time. Doctor is concise and has always been helpful/correct in diagnoses for everyone in my family. The pharmacy is also efficient and offer solid service.
Very nice doctor working on Thursday’s and Friday, she seems very genuine which is hard to find these days. That goes for her front desk secretary as well, you can tell that she cares and puts effort into her job along with a positive attitude.
The front desk ladies both are very rude and arrogant in behaviour ….this is not only me giving complain about them i realize when It happened with me…..they don’t have manners how to behave professionally on call and they are not bothered to give you a call back even if you are dying for emergency …. I have booked an appointment here but it was not in their record and when I asked here I am coming for vaccine for my baby she told me go to other clinic they don’t have vaccine and when I told here why you Guys telling me now and I hang the call later she calls me and tell me that I am “” BATAMEEZ “” in her language in English its and Bad Word I just can’t tolerate this when I reached to doctor I told doctor about it ….she says she cannot do like this aboviously she will support her staff but being a doctor she should check the Google reviews about them it’s not only me but there are many and than she will know she should support her or not but I think Doctor is not bothered about the patients complaints she will support the Mannerless staff any ways ….I just want to change the doctor and this ladies should learn manner and this is Canada they should know how to behave professionally at the place you are sitting… And they will not follow up with your reports……unless you call them !!! Pathetic and Horrible Service !!!!
The walk in Dr Shahzad is not proficient! She talks to you less than a minute and examine you in another 30 sec! ! Dog's doctors do better
Called to ask if I can walk in they said yes, I walked in st 11am was seen within 5 minutes by the doctor. And the doctor helped me with my concerns. Prescribed me medication and I was able to fulfill that right in office there is also a pharmacy. The pharmacist was quick and informative. Everyone was very professional and calmed my anxiety quite alot with their efficiency and care. Thank you. I am very happy to have found my new walkin clinic.
Hours say open at 10am, showed up at 10:30 with clear symptoms but apparently "the walk-in clinic isn't open yet". Not going to bother even showing up next time I'm not feeling well.
Horrible location would not recommend at all. They rarely ever pick up the phone even when the clinic is open which is never according to their actual hours mind you. In my few visits I have heard the phone going off and no one getting it despite seeming free. I have often called 3 times in a row just for them to pick up. Rude and unprofessional doctor, I had called to ask about the booking of an appointment with a psychiatrist on my family members behalf, and told they would call, check how its going and call back in 30 min. 2 days with no call later, I call in and mention that they were supposed to call me but didnt. Instantly the doctor, very rudely, states that they cannot disclose that info to me and it must be the family member in question who calls. I said that is very odd since the same person 2 days ago said they would disclose this information?? Did they lie to me before or were they about to give information that they shouldnt or did they just forget and are now scrambling for an excuse to save face? Who knows but it was all highly unprofessional either way.
I arrived at 10am and the door was locked, as I sat on a bench to double check the opening times the pharmacist arrived to unlock his side of the business. 5 mins later the front desk staff arrived and myself and another patient came in. She checked us in but the doctor isn't on site yet. It's currently 10:18 and I guess I'll just wait to see if the doctor comes to work soon. I'll keep the rating at 2 stars to throw out some optimism that the doctor will show up. UPDATE: The doctor just arrived at 10:30. Just holding onto that 2 star rating.
Dr salahuddin is a good doctor. But the lady with glasses working in front desk is extremely rude. She is very impatient, irritable. She is very comfortable to show attitude, she showed to me no respect. I believe if this lady stop working there, this clinic may have a lot of success.
Rude and Unprofessional FRONT DESK WORKERS I called this afternoon and told the employee at the front desk that I want to “renew” my doctor note. Coz I was thinking about renewing some other things later. Although the word renew was not the correct word to use, what I said was pretty straightforward and can be easily understood. That employee was so smart that she noticed the incorrect use of “renew” and had to correct me like she was my English teacher. She said “we don’t renew doctor note. You can’t renew your doctor note anywhere. It is getting a new doctor note, not renew, ok?”. And this is NOT IT!!!!!! Since they don’t do direct billing, I was told to pay $80 in total by emt where the doctor visit costed $60 and doctor note costed $20. After an hour I got another phone call telling me “the doctor note is $25 not $20. You need to cancel the transfer and send another one of $85.” There was no “Sorry” or any kind of apology until I questioned “it was one of your people told me to pay $80 and now all of a sudden it is $85?”. She said “Sorry she made a mistake, just cancel the transfer and do another one”. She was never really sorry about all the inconvenience this may have cause me and all she wanted was that damn $5. BOTH WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I believe this is not how you should speak to your clients/patients. Doctors are ok.
