My whole family has been going to see Dr Kriekenbeek for 10+ years. Dr K is a warm caring person; she is also careful, meticulous and professional in addressing your needs and concerns. The staff Leslie, Liza and Dolores are also kind and helpful. Such a great team!

If I could give Dr. Caroline Kriekenbeek 10 stars, I would. She has treated both my young children. She first saw them when they were 5 and 3 years old. She engages with them in a playful and positive way while administering a battery of vision tests. My son is begging for me to book another appointment with her. She's professional, thorough, explains results in a complete and accessible way and answers questions thoughtfully. Dr. Kriekenbeek is a gem and I cannot recommend her highly enough, particularly if you have young children.

Dr.Herman Cheng was professional and very informative, he took time to make sure we understood everything and I learned a lot to care about my eyes I would recommend him to anyone who look for good optometrist . I came across Dunbar Eyecare Optometry while going down the list of Vision Network, a group of facilities under the university student health plan. I had symptoms in my eyes that bothered me. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I made the phone call. My experience there was beyond my expectation. Both Dr.K and the staffs Lisa who helped me that day are really friendly, professional and resourceful. Lisa listened to me describing my concerns over the phone and suggested an eye examination suited both my need and budget. During the examination, Dr.K made me feel at ease. I don't usually take eye examination, but the one at her facility went very smoothly and I was relaxed for the whole time. She explained the procedure and the way eyes work during the course of the examination. This made me feel informed and better educated about eye care. After 50 minutes of scrutinizing, my concerns were relieved. Upon leaving, I received more information on eye care, my prescription, invoice in a package and a pair of paper sunglasses for my dilated pupils. All in all, I was well taken care of with this experience at Dunbar Eyecare Optometry. I am definitely going back there if I need anything for my eyes in the future,

I recommend Dr. Caroline Kriekenbeek, OD. The best eye care doctor/specialist. Been here dozens of time for my eye glasses/contact lenses and glocouma exams. Love their marvelous staff!
