Dr Yau is a caring and thoughtful doctor . Staff at the shop are friendly , professional and efficient! Very pleasant experience with them and we certainly will come back for our eye glasses needs in future!

I had a very good experience with doctor Yau! He was very thorough and detailed with his examination. The sales team was very helpful too. They took their time explaining all the different options especially the lady with the blue hair, forgot to ask her name but a great experience in general :

Very bad experience I have been there 5 times and I haven't get the prescription of the contact lens. According to the formula she provided, I paired with two pairs of glasses and both made me have a headache and couldn't open my eyes. Very disappointed! Won't come again! A total waste of time!
