AN INSURANCE COMPANY ON YOUR SIDE

Hey there!!  Damien here.  It's not every day that you have an insurance broker looking out for your best interest.  In many cases, insurance brokers are looking out for their financial interests over and above yours - that's just business.

But a few days ago, I received a call from my insurance broker advising me that they found over $400.00 in savings on my car insurance.  No, really, $400.00.  They explained how by going with another one of their carriers for my renewal that I could reduce my annual premium by a substantial amount while still ensuring that I have sufficient coverage for both collision and liability.  I did not ask them to market my insurance; they did this on their own in an effort to find me savings.

I made a call into Duliban to get a quote, a super friendly voice answered the phone asking how to make my day better.   Very nice reception!
No wait time on hold she patched me through to Michael.
I don't know if I have ever experienced a broker go into so much detail and take the time to make sure all my questions got answered.  This service was 2nd to none in my opinion.  A quote is all I was looking for.  If you have ever called a few spots for insurance back to back and just see the service you get,  a 5 out of 10 at best.   I wouldn't hesitate to give Micheal a 10 out of 10, 11 if I could.
I asked him if I could take 24 hours to think about the quote, not a issue, no pressure, nothing.
I definitely believe that if companies had people that cared about your business as much as Micheal has shown to me, they would thrive and as a salesman of 15 years I don't see this type of care that goes into getting a customer!  

Thank you Duliban for having some class, just don't see it everyday!!!!

Duliban Insurance Brokers have made my insurance needs a breeze. I got better and cheaper insurance, and the associates are always super helpful and friendly. I enjoy being able to have one associate continue to help me as my needs change over time too. That knowledge and relationship goes a long way. I also love how they have a real receptionist to direct calls and leave messages with. They work extremely fast and the E-signature system they use is very convenient. I even did a couple from my phone. Thanks again Duliban:)

I don't know how Adam could have been more helpful! He was fast to get answers for us, and addressed our needs very quickly. We are thankful for Duliban Insurance Brokers!
