Great staff. It was my first time there. Everyone was suoer friendly, offered help and took the time to help me out. They make you feel part of the family there. Totally recommend. Prices are great also Another great visit to Dukes. They really are genuine out there, they took a bunch of time to help me out today and even were super friendly with my little guy. Totally recommend it here.
Service inside was good but outside I was told off by one of Dukes employees for passing a sign which clearly stated "No customer vehicles past this point." Update your sign and train your people how to deal with customers.
Boy, it's nice to have the attention and help in selecting lumber and hardware as the staff are most knowledgeable and helpful. Well worth the extra few minutes drive to save money and be treated great. I've now had several deliveries for my project and they delivered feet from where it was needed. Thanks Lyle, Mark, Joe, Betsy, Travis and Brent. I just checked some Edm prices and Dukes saved me more!
Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The head honcho regularly walks around and makes sure your finding what you need. You wont find that anywhere else. It's no home depot super store so the selection is smaller, keep that in mind before you roll all the way out there. Maybe call before you come.
I never leave reviews but I was blown away by the level of knowledge and customer service I received when I went in for some deck boards and stain yesterday. Huge shout out to the guy in the paint department who walked me through all kinds of things I didn't know. Definitely worth the drive out of town!!
Been to the store many times and every time I get great service. If you are building anything for your home they do free delivery for any purchase over $500. Recommend !
