By far some of the best pricing compared to other local department stores. The price difference for even some hinges I needed for a backyard railing system was $28 vs $41 at Rona (identical items). Paid $1000 at spruce land total, which would have cost me $1400 at rona. Really pissed I didn't realize this sooner. And aside from the other reviews, I've never had issues with the staff or their service.

I appreciate the support and knowledge of the staff. They are not always great at yard inventory. Prices are competitive compared to other local commercial hardware stores. Return policy is a great [extended expiry compared to others].

You better expect long waits and no help in lumber yard. This is second time workers don't know where stuff is and can't convert mm to inches to know what to load. Bunch of idiots. They would be better off having an unmanned yard with the help you get. Better off going to homehardwear. I wish you can post without any stars because I wouldn't give them any
