Excellent personable front facing staff. Very clean with professional management. One chair in our room needed to be reupholstered but an awesome experience all in all.
I gave you two stars because #1. You gave us the wrong room type. #2. You lock the front doors at night. #3. You said the public washrooms were closed "due to covid-19". However, the front desk lady was polite. And the little snack bar at the front desk is nice. Also we liked the water fall and the sound it makes.
We spent two nights here and felt very comfortable. This hotel is a bit outdated but very clean. The carpets were cleaned at least twice a day..every time we got out of our room someone was cleaning. People at the front desk are very nice as well. Overall we had a great stay. We'll come back.
