A great place for a leisurely stroll. We visited during the height of summer and enjoyed it both during the day and at night. As evening falls, the illuminated hotel stands out beautifully, while during the day, the view of the river is fantastic.
It was raining when we were here so this terrace doesn't seem as impressive. But we can imagine how wonderful it must have been otherwise. Looking over the st Lawrence River, and the Petit Champlain, it would've been a really nice walk in front of the chateau Frontenac.
Visited here on a family trip. It is known to be famous for the Korean drama Goblin. Depending on the viewing angle, you can enjoy various views and create a unique atmosphere. I walked here reminiscing about the drama. It was a very enjoyable experience. If you pass by here and go down the stairs, another attraction appears. The stairs were very steep and I had a hard time going down and coming back up.
One of the highlights of Quebec City. I have been there during each season, and it is always a pleasant place to walk or just sit and relax. It's quite busy during the day, but fairly quiet and safe during evenings.
A great place to relax in the sun or in the shade with great views over the water and the Lower town. You can take the funicular from here right near the statue, located in the glass house to reach the Lower town, or you can wall all the way to the Citadel the entrance is on the opposite site though, if you want to visit it. Lots of information about the origins of the terrace and several musicians to entertain you.nnA very romantic place, if you like history and it reminds me of so many historic European cities.
