Dufferin Area Family Health Team

Dr. Palad is always running behind. Every appt I've had I've had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before I'm seen and it's absolutely ridiculous. No one can afford to spend an entire day sitting and waiting for a 15 minute appt. The receptionists are no better, always chatting with each other rather than attending to patients or answering phones. It's a joke

Excellent clinic and staff. Well integrated health team of professionals. Easy access through my GP to mental health services, dieticians, blood work, and specialists.

Great friendly staff and specialist. Google maps indicates it is 2 blocks west on Elizabeth Street. Parking $3 and the lot a bit snug for larger vehicles.

Hard to get a hold of. Never call you back. Difficult to get a therapist. Wont own up to schedule issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our Dr. just left the health "team" and all of his patients are left to fend for themselves. Absolutely ridiculous.
