EXCELLENT service, the prices are reasonable also. I had a chain break after buying it form them, so they repaired it and when it broke again they simply gave me a new chain, awesome thanks !! Will do business again !

Came in to see about selling my wedding bands. I was told they couldn't give a good offer and recommended I sell them privately. He gave me and offer, which was low, like he said it was. He cleaned up the rings and wrote down all the details about the jewelry so I could write a very good ad for them. Walking into the store, I had no idea what to expect but the service was exceptional and beyond what I expected. Thank you!!!

Just had a delightful experience at this jewellers. Visiting from out of town and needed a number of gifts. The people were very pleasant and very helpful. Managed to find everything I needed at reasonable prices. Will definitely return

While spending Christmas, 2016, with our son in Verdun, I visited Bijouterie Dubé on Wellington Street, with my antique watch in hand. I had been told by a watchmaker in Halifax, Nova Scotia, that he had no luck in finding a watch strap for my antique watch, so I decided to take it to Verdun to see if I could find a strap there. Sam, at Bijouterie Dubé, told me that he would be able to locate a strap for my watch. I left my watch with Sam, and immediately after I returned to Halifax, Sam sent me photos, via email, of three watch straps that he had found that would fit my watch. After I selected one, Sam installed the watch strap, which was not an easy task. When my son picked up the watch for me, he remarked to me how Sam and the staff at the shop were wonderful to deal with. My son was shocked at how very reasonable the price was that Sam charged for not only taking the time to find watch straps that would fit my watch, but the time he spent in emailing pictures of them to me. When the watch, with its new strap, arrived in the mail, I was amazed at Sam’s superb workmanship. Not only was the strap beautiful, but my watch had been polished to perfection. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my choice of strap, as well as with his workmanship. I cannot recommend Sam and his staff highly enough. His shop will be my first stop the next time I’m in Verdun.
