Repair to my watch took much longer than I was originally told. After my watch was repaired, I had to bring it back a second time because the repair did not hold. I went back a third time, because they had not sized the band properly to my wrist, and I was treated with extraordinary rudeness. Unacceptable.

Incompetent jewelers, horrible experience. Went there for a simple downsizing of a 150$ gold band by 0.25 and they completely distorted it, the band was oval when I picked it up, had never seen anything like this!!! Had to come back the next day right before going on vacation so they could fix it, then noticed that the milgrain design was ruined. Went back to complain and they said they couldn't do anything as it might be the result of normal wear during my vacation and only offered to reimburse my 20$ downsizing. Don't go there if you care about your jewelry, there are MUCH BETTER jewelers in downtown Montreal.

Helpful, honest, kind, competent, great prices, three clerks and still a solid, perfect service. I have had experiences downtown, in Malls, on other shops in the vicinity. Nothing came ever close. Recommended without reserves. You can go there.

1$, tax included, to change a watch battery. She even changed the date. Clerks were awesome. Open until 9??? Like, wow. I love this place and will be back.
